Sashimi is raw fish, really raw fish. This isn’t your run of the mill tuna roll either. There is no rice, no seaweed paper, and no vegetables. Just plain… old… raw… fish…

I’ve only ate sashimi once. It was at a place called Sugarfish in downtown Los Angeles. It was tolerable but I’m not so sure I’ll ever go back for seconds.
