This is a picture of the Wiltern Theater off Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. I snapped it with my Galaxy S3 smart phone in a fast moving car darting across an intersection! If the black SUV wasn’t front and center at the foot of the building, it would have been about as good as quick camera phone pictures get.

The building is a historical landmark in Los Angeles and is considered one of the best examples of Art Deco style architecture in the United States. When I saw it, I instantly thought of Batman: The Animated Series which was also animated in an Art Deco style.
